Role Overview

As a Customer Success Manager at Remote42, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they are fully supported in using our platform to manage global payments. You’ll onboard new clients, address inquiries, provide guidance, and proactively identify opportunities to improve their experience. This role is critical for building lasting client relationships, enhancing satisfaction, and driving retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Onboarding: Guide new clients through the setup process, ensuring they understand the platform’s features and are equipped to manage payments efficiently.

• Customer Support: Address client questions, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems promptly, providing an exceptional support experience.

• Proactive Engagement: Monitor client usage to identify opportunities for enhanced service, offer personalized guidance, and ensure high engagement levels.

• Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback to share with the product team, advocating for features or improvements that align with client needs.

• Retention & Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with clients, focusing on retention and promoting Remote42 as a valuable long-term partner.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 2+ years in customer success, account management, or client support, ideally within a SaaS or fintech environment.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to explain complex topics in an accessible way.

• Client-Centric: A strong commitment to client satisfaction and a proactive approach to solving client challenges.

• Problem-Solving Abilities: Skilled at troubleshooting and resolving issues independently.

• Remote Work Skills: Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
