As a Business Development Manager focused on Payment Partnerships, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic payment partnerships that enhance Remote42’s value proposition. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive growth through innovative collaborations and ensure a competitive edge in the rapidly evolving fintech ecosystem.

• Partnership Development: Identify and engage with potential payment partners to expand Remote42’s service offerings and market reach.

• Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key partners, ensuring alignment on business goals and mutual growth.

• Strategic Planning: Analyze market trends and payment innovations to inform partnership strategies that keep Remote42 at the forefront of industry developments.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and compliance teams to integrate partnership initiatives, enhance user experience, and drive value across all Remote42 solutions.

• Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the success of partnership initiatives using KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

• Experience: 3-5 years in business development, ideally within fintech, payments, or a related sector.

• Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

• Mindset: Proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented with a passion for driving meaningful impact through partnerships.

• Technical Acumen: Familiarity with payment technologies and trends in the remote workforce sector.
